We are taking all the steps to ensure we do everything possible to keep our patients and our team healthy.
We have prepared in-office signs, social distancing signs, sanitizing stations and much more to keep all our patients and team safe. We will provide you with specific instructions to ensure social distancing. All clinical contact surfaces are cleaned and disinfected every hour and at the end of the workday using an appropriate disinfectant. Between patients, we wipe all operatory surfaces with disinfectant.
Our priority is a safe environment for our staff and our patients. As a result, we have made changes to the office to minimize contact by installing Plexiglass Countertop Barriers on the reception desks.
We are fully equipped with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and our team members will be wearing PPE during the appointment and interactions with patients and their environment (e.g. gloves, protective eyewear, shoe covers, face shields, masks, gowns).
Only the patient that is being treated will be allowed to enter the office. The only exception for this will be for very young patients, elderly patients and patients having a disability. Only one parent/caregiver may accompany the patient. Absolutely no other family members or friends will be allowed inside.
We are so grateful for every one of our patients - thank you for your ongoing patience and support. You are the life-force of our practice, and this is why we are taking your safety VERY seriously. We are committed to continuing to provide our community with high-quality dental care.
